It what looks like a VERY difficult card, sometimes you have to take what they give you.

I came up with two plays for the crew. I could see using ALL in 3 to 4 races today investing in Pick 5's.



RACE 2 ----- # 1 STAY IN LINE (5-2) - Should have won her last race if not getting bumped late in the stretch. Got claimed by cagey trainer George Papaprodromou, turned her out for 3 months. He put in six works into the mare, and he's also 35% winners 1st off the claim. He also employs Jockey Respoli who is 30% winners with the trainer. She takes off 6 pounds, and has enough speed to get the position coming off the rail.


THE BET: # 1 WIN and PLACE FLAT BET and PLACE PARLAY

RACE 7 ----- # 10 SYNTAX (7-2) - Comes in this race after she ran 2nd at this distance last time out in a 90k overnight stakes race. She was 5 lengths clear of the third horse. Claimed by McCarthy three races back, has three works leading up to the race all seven days apart. Best last race Beyer rating, and gets the services of Jockey Respoli that is 28% winners with this trainer.
